So a question, which is probably very obvious and I have just missed it and again its for RQ1.

When you make normal improvement rolls does it cost any cash to do so?

When you receive training from a cult or other source and you pay cash does it take improvement roles?

No.

When you receive training from a cult or other source and you pay cash does it take improvement roles?

Again, no.

The two types of improvement are handled quite separately and never the twain shall meet.
