Mongoose
I do appreaciate the prompt reply of my current postings, but I do feel that all the postings need to be replied to even if it is to say that it needs to be discussed and will be answered in the future. I have had postings that have never been replied to and I see listings on this page which have been ignored. I know that this requires alot of attention but we are your customers. A large part of our enjoyment of your products is your honest attempt, the majority of the time, to provide customer support.

... to second his sentiment :)

Even if the response is: we don't know yet, that's more helpful (since it leaves us able to fudge our own house rules in the meantime) than no answer at all and being unsure about whether there is a ruling or not.

I had a similar discussion in another thread, Read Matts comments in the thread below

I think the small number of rulesmasters queries that can't be answered by non-Mongoose staff, wouldn't take more than 10 minutes per day to answer... TBH I can't really see why they say they are too busy for that. Its really not much to ask.

On the face of it, you are not wrong.

All I can say is, right now at this time, every member of the Mongoose staff is 110% flat out at the moment. We have a lot going on right now, and we are already working beyond the 'normal' working day.

As I said before, we should perhaps pull the Rulesmasters forum for now, but I think that would be a backward step.

Accepted - but, it has been like this for a long long time now! 110% seems to be Mongoose's standard workload ;)

Yeah, plenty of us experienced players are more than happy to answer the majority of queries here. Its really just when a question that can't be answered by "rules lawyer" style reading of the book, that intervention is needed. And, pretty much always is given :)
