We do know that time in a low gravity environment such as the moon causes both bone mass loss and muscle strength decrease from actual empirical evidence.

How? When were animals kept in lunar gravity for long enough to find that out? Microgravity on the ISS, Skylab and Russian stations sure but Lunar gravity? Citation NEEDED!
