Emphatically not *what*?

The sidebar "The true nature of the Hyborean age" on page 4 (Atlantean edition) seems to be missing some text from the beginning. The first words of it are "emphatically not", in response, I gather from the rest of it, to the common claim that Hyborea is low-magic. However, the text that spells this out is nowhere to be found.

That is the start of the regular text. There is a title in the Hyborian Edition that says:

"Is the Hyborian Age a 'Low Magic' or 'Low Fantasy' setting?"

Then the regular sidebar text starts with the 'Emphatically not.'

Indeed. There was no missing text. Only a title change from one version to the next.

Okay. They should, however, have realized that with the different title, the text (at least the first bit of it) makes no sense.
