So my favorite empire is a little underrepresented at the moment... so i decided to fix that

The Anarchist is all hand painted btw so she may be a little rough. also i used Adam Turner's 3d renderings as my inspiration thus the add on of the fusion beam mounts (Which im quite proud of) 8)
