Competitions: two ideas

Hi there guys
I have two ideas for competition, and I wondered if there would be any interest. I may run combats, but probably not. Still, here it is:

1) The most cost effective but still battle-worthy 1,000,000 ton ship, that is still capable of jump-3. Must have some way of refuelling itself.

2) The smallest ship you can design that is armed with a spinal mount. Must also be capable of jump-3. (Note, max TL is... 13. Yes, you can use Tl tonnage reductions.)

What do people think?

I like the small-spine-J3-ship idea.

It also might be cool to see that extended to include a Rider/Tender combo.

Its certainly possible.
I was thinking of them as very small defensive frigates or assault ships. After all, a good spinal shot can do ridiculous amounts of damage to even the biggest warships. (it has to be a good shot though )
