on p. 134 of the latest rulebook, under the heading Collisions, the following passage can be found:
Since vehicle scale isn't a thing any longer, perhaps this paragraph should be deleted, or at least changed? Personally, I think the x10 modifier should be kept, but motivated by the mass and speed of a vehice rather than the (now non-existing) vehicle scale for weapons. Something along the lines of: If a traveller gets hit by a vehicle, the damage is multiplied by 10 due to the mass of the vechicle compared to the squishy traveller.

The Damage Scale table is applied to this damage as if it were a weapon, so a vehicle hitting a Traveller will multiply the damage it causes by ten.
