Two things I am thinking of doing just for fun and they've been done to death is the Broadsword and S-Type from CT.

Everyone loves to see Broadswords. The more takes on it, the better.

What software you using?

Amapi Pro
Hexagon
ViaCAD Pro
CrazyBump
3D-Coat
Silo
ZBrush
MoI
modo
Poser
Carrara Pro
TurboCAD Pro Platinum
Chief Architect
Xfrog
GeoControl
Vue Infinite

Do you know of any links where I can get find these logos?

I'll have a look.

Plenty large logos in Gurps: First In - No idea whats, what except the obvious.

Perhaps the 2 circles helix sort of one is the Survey office (page 23 under the Survey Scout Character Package?)

On p3, the top logo is IGS/Survey, the bottom is Communications. The one on p20 is Exploration. See p16. I *think* these are unique to GT.

Uniform patches are p3 middle (Exploration), p23 (IGS), p119 (Commo). These are similar (but not identical) to those shown in CT & MT books.

I use Vue to render all my outdoor scenes. I don't know what I'd use without it. Bryce? Carrara? Uhg. I use modo for rendering all my indoor scenes. The rest of the apps are used for various modeling and detailing, depending on the shape of the object I'm trying to create.

Totally blown away by this artwork. These artists don't just have technical talent, they have wonderful thoughts! I wish my SF games looked as good as this stuff, in my mind ... :(

shuttle.jpg

Better version

Ah, I was going to ask what this one was, but on quoting it I see you have it labeled as a shuttle. Dang...

The looks grabbed me (love it) but I was hoping it was 200tons. I need some inspiration (or a full concept image) for a 200ton military escort to work deckplans from. Still, this might do for the inspiration :) (I'd say it already has in fact ;) )

Don't worry too much about the shuttle tag, it was built on a 100t hull then got a major overhaul, yeah 200t is about right, kept the tag as I don't know what to do with it yet..though it not a shuttle anymore.

That's very cool then :D I have my inspiration!

I dug up an old oft redone 200ton light escort from my CT days. I'll throw together the notes, thinking about a conversion to MgT, some rough deck layouts to fit the general look of your image and toss them to you if you'd like some reciprocal inspiration.

Hmm. I haven't seen any maps on here yet.
Earthmap.png

This is my map of Earth in 2130 A.D. What you're seeing is the result of runaway climate change and sporadic nuclear/biological warfare. Earth is none the less a major trading world.

The United States military used anti-flash white in their strategic bombers to deflect any energy emitted from their payload when it hits the surface. This seems to have crossed over into NASA, possibly to deflect solar radiation.

I prefer the cityscapes to the rest, but I'm an engineer!
absolutely beautiful selections, thanks to all who posted them.
