Caverns of Kalte CE missing section

I care, if I e-mail them asking for a replacement and they don't reply, and they don't send me e-mails despite me being a Megadeal customer. How else am I to know that something is being done about it?
I don't know too much about the email since I'm not the delivery/shipping person, but the following two possibilities spring to mind:
1. Have you checked your junk mail filter? All the stuff I send to my personal email from my work address ends up there.
2. Have you tried sending the question from an alternative email address? It's possible that your email got stuck in our junk filter. I'd check, but I don't have direct access to the sales account.
Failing that, it is conceivable that your email was missed out from the list when we sent the email out. Since you received your mega-deal book okay, I would be inclined to believe that you're going to receive a replacement one email or not, since you're clearly on our records somewhere.

The new adventure with Loi-Kimar is a lot better than the one with Rhygar in book 2, IMO. For starters, there are instant death sections, better continuity and more sections.

My corrected copy has arrived as well. As a bonus it arrived in a decent cardboard box much like the ones amazon use rather than the padded envolopes that have led to some damage. I hope that this continues though no doubt some people will be worried if it will fit through the letter box.

a blue card is in my post box today, so i thought
book 3 is thicker than book 2 but seems like here is the answer.
I had to do a uncleared paypal buyer protection request one week ago else i loose this right.
Hopefully i can close it at Monday!

Have all the replacement Book 3's been printed now? I waited until after the reprinting had been done, the end of December, before ordering and was wondering if everything was going ok, and an idea of how long I should expect between ordering (30th December - I know it was Christmas!) to receiving my book?
