Bookmarking in PDFs

Infrequently, it seems, that Mongoose PDFs (namely the Conan ones I've purchased) have bookmarks. I was wondering if this practise will change in the near future or that produced PDFs have their security options altered, so customers can set their own bookmarks.

I second this. It is a pet peeve of mine. It is not like it takes more than a few minutes to bookmark chapter titles and major headings.

Not that this is specific to Mongoose. I am not aware of any RPG publisher who takes the time to bookmark and/or hyperlink their pdf releases.
