I have seen early development stats for it for 2nd Edition ACTA.

Unlikely. There will be a new rule book and a fleet book - with existing ships (some with revised stats), new ships for many races and new fleets. Of course things may change.

Since this was posted in the RPG forum and not in ACTA, I would like to point out, that Ships of the Galaxy includes the (RPG) stats of the Blue Star.

Since this was posted in the RPG forum and not in ACTA, I would like to point out, that Ships of the Galaxy includes the (RPG) stats of the Blue Star.

That explains why I couldnt recall it, it was reclassified as a Cruiser in ships of the Galaxy not a scout ship.
