4 women
I have no idea what you are trying to say, please explain.malkiedawn said:Yep, female roleplayers do browse these forums. I'm more involved on the Conan side of things but browse here regularly at the moment because I've just started playing Runequest in our local roleplaying club. First looked at the system in the early eighties but didn't have anyone to play with at that time. So when it was offered in club decided to give it a go.
By the way, we have 4 regular girlies in our club, with 3 other occasional visitors. The last group I played with was 4 women and 2 men. I also play out of club with friends and another girl joins for the Friday game. Incidentally, none of these women seem to read or post on the forums, but prefer to spend their time doing the actual playing, I have no idea why.
I don't understand why posters sometimes seem to think women are a seperate and distinct species, when it comes to roleplaying we just want to enjoy ourselves and have a good game.. Nor do I understand why some posters think that it is only men who are ruled by sexual desires. I call it 'hormones', and they have got me into more trouble than I care to recall if you don't mind. This is a purely personal opinion, usual disclaimers apply.
I have no idea what you are trying to say, please explain.
Some boys say girlies are different to boys.

Some boys post that they have a little friend who tells them what to do.
Some boys think girlies dont have little friends telling them what to do.
Don't you believe it.

As an adult male I accept that we as men often think with the 'Old Chap' but it is when that is all we do that it becomes dangerous.

You're saying role-players are 96% male, 3% female and 1% post-operative? Yep, that sounds about right by my experience... :shock:Quire said:Rurik said:You forgot the "I can't vote my real opinion because it was left out of this poorly designed poll" option in the poll.
As the poll stands, it's 96% male and 3% female. Perhaps the remaining 1% covers said option?
