Newbie question when rolling for the AP wpn you add +1 to all attack dice (vs the hull number). Do you also add the +1 modifier when rolling on the attack table to determine location ? Can AP weapons get bulkhead hit result? Thanks

You only add 1 to each dice when rolling to hit (against hull).

The trait that gives +1 to rolls on the attack table is "precise". So AP weapons can get bulkheads, yes, but precise cannot.
