Alien Module 3: Darrians Preview

Hello All - I have my copy.
First thumb through looks very good - but for many devil is in the detail.

Things I like so far: Rules for Aslan's in Darrian space, the planet write ups seem logical. Good description of Darrian tech (dealing with the G).

Not really seen anything I do not like, but will need to do a more detailed read.

Mine should be in the mail to me tomorrow, so I should have it by next Tuesday. Along with the compilation. It should have shipped two days ago, but they were missing another item I ordered and it took them two days to send me two e-mails, anyways, it should be on its way tomorrow.

Meanwhile I had some time to take a look at it, and I very much like what
I see. In fact, I like much of it a lot more than its equivalents in the core
rules, for example the character generation with its creation of a family
background for the character and the structure of the careers, which fit in
very well with the description of the Darrian society.

While I do not intend to use the Third Imperium setting, with a few chan-
ges to their history and current political situation the Darrians would make
a very interesting society for almost any other setting, and I think I will
use them as a setting's background society in the not so far future.
