I think it depends on when they were formed. A Solomani-heritage Corp might be considered Alien Run by some.

Culture and species are two different things.
The Sollies have Transstar, the Vilani have four megacorps, the Zhos have several megacorps in their industrial complex: Chiadle', IAT, and others.
