Advise on what to do

Having just found out that my players have been abusing my trust for more then a decade by slipping me loaded dice, which previously unknown to me makes my claims of sheer luck false as you suspected. I made my 1st none rigged Rolls regarding Traveller in more then a decade and for the 1st time ever I had the sheer luck to fairly, not thanks to Player Slipping me Loaded Dice, rolled 2 Portfolio Events and fairly rolled 4 Double 6's in A Row which shot the value of The Noble Pcs Hunting Estate from 1 worth Cr 327,702,000 that nets him Cr 1,638,870 per month by +120% twice or to Cr 1,588,272,880 that nets him Cr 7,941,365 per month. How would you advise handling this kind of situation that is the 1st case of such luck I've had on behalf of my players in more then a decade that hasn't, unknown to me, being thanks to them slipping me loaded dice?

I would seriously suggest you forget about all of this additional table nonsense or switch to point buy character generation.

Try playing the game as the crew of a run down free trader struggling to make ends meet...

get rewards in game through what your characters achieve rather than a random roll of the dice during character generation.

. . .
This is a good answer. And to avoid absurd results in play, look for a diceless combat and skill resolution system.

Also, role-play all social encounters instead of playing them out with the dice. You don't want an encounter to go like this:

"I tell them broker to eat excrement. And I roll to bargain. Wow, a 13!"

"How did you get a 13 on two dice?"

"See for yourself."

"OK, you get 80 dtons of jump drive repair parts for the price of recycled cardboard."
