Right guys,
We can have it for the 25th of June, that is confirmed by the church, so now all I really need is a firm commitment of numbers. What I'll be asking for, providing numbers can be reach, is a small deposit via paypal of £5. This gives me some hard cash to actual set it all in definite stone. I have shane working on a trophy, though the nature of this shall be kept secret, and I'm currently working on an event pack.
If we can get just 10 people, this is workable, so far from Warlords we have the following commitments: Myself [player stand in/organiser], Shane [my bitch], Keith, Dean and Andy. Hopefully I'll be able to entice Dale [funbeast] along, but he may be working, so I'm counting the Warlords commitment at 5 so far. As I say, we could do with another 5, any more is a brucey bonus but we easily have the capacity and space to accomodate plenty more gamers, so there is no upward limit.

Just to quantify:
Because of the fact we have to hire the hall out for the day, currently the cost per person of the day, would be £10 each. The church would like some of it in advance, the rest payable at the end of the day, hence the reason why I'd be asking for the £5 from everyone that wishes to take part.
I really wish we could lay on the same hospitality, as shown to us by Charles, but sadly thats not possible. What I can promise, is that we have plenty of table space, plenty of good terrain, and I will endeavour to make a water tight event pack for you all in the next couple of weeks.
As far as parking goes, we should have enough space for 4 cars at the front of the church, as I live 10 minutes walk away I'll get andy to park at mine, freeing up the extra space.
