Yesterday may last ships for the tournament have been finished
Two days before a tournament with nothing to paint for it thats a new record for me.

Question: Does any of the players attending has some Thorun Torpedofighters left and is willing to sell some?

Football analogies are wasted on me anyway, the only thing I know about football is that it involves a ball being moved around with the feet, unless it's American, in which case it's a non-spherical object being moved with the hands. Draw your own conclusions about American geometry and anatomy.

If I remember correctly, what I bought from Hiffano won't do much merciless crushing because it's a G'Quan. But if it does appear, it won't be in a Narn fleet... I think Hiffano also supplied my Avioki, which I'm not planning to use but I'll bring along anyway - someone can borrow my League fleet if I'm not using it.

Whilst I won't be there, I would certainly like to see some pics of the ships & action.

OK where is this place and how do we get there?

I found NN14 1BJ on the Broughton House website, is this right? Where do we go when we get there, just into the main door and follow the smell of bacon butties?

I'm asuming we won't have to pay the entrance fee to the park or house?!

Follow the Brown Tourism signs for the House - but be aware sometimes the sat nav can send you to the wrong entrance

Drive to the Main House - its quite large - follow the signs till you reach the Stableyard coutyard- where there will be several cars parked.

There will be coffe/ tea on arrival - lunch is chilie, bread, rice etc............

regarding costs - as you note there is no charge for the event but if anyone wishes to make a donation to the Trust be pleased to receive (or me if they want to win..........)

Had my last training games today vs G´Quan (poor fellow had a some bad luck today ). I think the fleets are set. 4 of 3 games won, looks good to me.
Now therer only one way it can go on the tournament, down

I Played two games this week against Gregs Crew members - the 3pt war

First one lost the entire fleet without loss to my opponent

Second one was not quite as bad - killed stuff but still big loss......

my painting spree "nearly" worked last night, most of my ships bar a couple of red ones are fullyish painted... fell well short on the fighters, indeed only my aurauras are painted, in fact the rest aren't even based, um... yeah. I had my stepdaughter basecoating my minis, she asked, i didn't make her. I may have a model painting convert, and quite probably she will be better than me, cos i suck!
still not decided on my battle level fleet, tempted to try a fleet i have never used and scrunge some ships, oooh what to do?!

snowy here - but melting - it should be fine as long as we don't get a another heavy fall and everyone is careful driving............

just a heads up, the only ship sheets i can access to print here, are Diggers, these are 2nd ed without pnp stuff. so if anyone notices i haven't manually adjusted something, please let me know eh?
