There wont be a tracking number because they shipped all the books in a padded envelope via postal carrier. Since you ordered a couple weeks ago, expect your book to reach you in another 4 weeks. Thats what we are being told anyway. Bonuses of the shipping method they chose.

We are now 5 weeks PAST the release date for the book. Thats a bit too much to wait. The first thing you mentioned was shipping.. Thats funny seeing as how when I suggested that they use a different carrier or allow the customer to select the type of shipping with charges attached, the answer...

An rough date for us US customers would be very nice. I would like my book before I go on vacation, and having to wait for over a week after it's release date just to get it is kinda annoying. This annoyance could be settled some if you gave us US people a date that we should expect ours on.
