I posted over on Enworld about this, but if the SRD is open, it hasn't actually been designated as open game content anywhere. Is this going to be remedied?

Congrats on the license, and I must say, thank you very much for your intent to make the rules OGC. You all are clearly great supporters of the OGL...and is it deeply appreciated. 8)
I'm not a lawyer either, so take this advice with a grain of salt. The MRQ OGC is released under the OGL, so you have to follow all the usual rules of the OGL. This means you cannot indicate compatibility with Runequest without some special license from Mongoose, and their license, if I recall...
Nothing is on the board at the moment. I have another "secret" project in the works which is unrelated to GORE, so this will take my time for a few months. There have been some inklings that other publishers are thinking of creating supplements for GORE. We'll have to wait and see on that front...
Just a quick note...
The new version of GORE is up, which contains a modified designation of OGC and product identity, as indicated in the post above. The cover of the new version is a little different too.

I've actually thought pretty long and hard about this OGC issue, and the next revision of GORE (which I will post soon) with have altered language in the license info, such that it will say the following:
