I know this is a little off topic but do you feel the vorchans are alittle weak? I played my first game with 2 against a trigara cruiser and My ships just basically died.
The stealth rule just killed me rotton getting the odd lucky hit. But next time i think ill try using a demos instead see how i fair.

You really need a bigger fleet to play Minbari, 2 vs 1 is not very easy. You need scouts to reduce his stealth, other ships or fighters to reduce it further, etc. If you played at 5 Skirmish rather than 2 then you'd probably have an easie time. Take a Corvan and 4 Vorchan, that should be a more interesting fight against (for example) 2x Tigara and a Torotha.

Cool thanks Burger for the advice we were only playing the small mission called ambush at sector 32 or something but its ment to be a hyperion instead and My mate is a EA player dunno why he played minibari.

I think Vorchans are wonderful, I never leave the yard without some in my fleet. Played a 5 battle vs the terrifying Triggy last weekend, I took six. Still got my trousers hauled down and spanked, of course, but my fleet looked good while it happened... :P

Ah, that scenario is horribly broken. If you played it with a Hyperion, the Vorchans would win every time (unless the Hypeion has very, very lucky dice rolls!)

The Vorchans were probably the best part of that fleet (well that and the port-side gunners on the Dargan). It doesn't really help when your Primus goes chasing off away from the enemy to hunt down a single Explorer :P

I'd forgotten it has as much damage as a bloody space station. I anticipated a fairly quick kill under the Primus' guns and then swinging the ship around to help against the Omega and Warlock...

A blunder, certainly, but not one on the order of the charge of the Light Brigade...

It was only my first game so ill not quite rule out vorchans yet hoping to try a bigger game out next time mayby 5 skirmish. Still alittle unsure of the rules at the moment

No, probably just in the order of the German First and Second armies turning south just before getting to Paris in the Schlieffen Plan :P
