You won't - stock is starting to build up extremely quickly now. To give you all an idea, we have a few hundred Squadron sets currently sitting on the shelves, and will have similar numbers of the fleet sets in a few days, give or take the odd cracked mould.

I ordered a bunch of singles and the book in November to take advantage of the CC offer ( not really realizing the squadron/fleet/single prioritization thing ), a Klingon fleet box plus singles in December also for the CC deal and the Romulan fleet box plus extras in February along with decals and cards as soon as they became an option, so I clearly haven't lost faith but seeing singles orders from a week ago filled while I have heard bupkas is unsettling.
I had assumed orders were filled on a FIFO basis?

Mostly they are - but sometimes an order will leapfrog another if a certain ship has been cast and is in stock when another isn't.
For example, we have a large number of all three Squadron sets and the Federation fleet set, all cast up and in stock. We are now building up on the Klingon fleet set (and the Romulans are just a few days behind) and getting those out ASAP.
Got my Fed fleet box today.
Still no bonus CC, no single ship orders, and no extra shuttlecraft as ordered. But at least the fleet box is here.
Of course it's Saturday and I am babysitting the grand-daughter and then tomorrow is Gorn play-test day, so it'll be a while before I can provide complete commentary.
Brief review:
All 16 ships and 6 shttles are present and accounted for.
There seems to be more flash on these than on the proto-types I painted earlier, but at least th molds seem to be aligned properly.
We'll see how assembly goes over the next few days.

yep still nothing, i got the battle frigates i ordered a week and half ago, but two of the frigates were missing the nacelles. im not gonna flame out just yet but all interest in this game in my circle is gone, im pretty much buying just set on a shelf or play with my son. after my orders are fill other then the few pieces my son wants and the delays on my gorn i dont know how much playing im going to be doing.
Well I just goyt emails yesterday that all my loose/blister Fed ships except Ortegas, my Klingon fleet box and a KRC and KRF5 have shipped so I'm happy.
I'm hoping my two CC's are included as well (two separate $150+ orders) since I really like the way they look although it's a Klingon paint fest I have planned right away.

I emailed mongoose sales on the 21/03/2012 about a number of miscasts that were too bad to do anything with and one ship which was supplied with the wrong hull altogether. So far I haven't received a reply to my query about returns and replacements. Can you help at all?

Just got my Klingon Fleet box - which was nice
All metal except for the hull of the C8 (which has huge resin projections / stands almost like landing gear!)
All seem to be in good shape - a few slighly bent out of shape but seem to bend back ok....
Also got my Fed Command Cruiser which I'll either try and get painted as a Terran Empire vessel or sell.
One thing that I don't think anyone esle has mentioned is the excellent pocket rulebook - very much in the same vein as the great 40K/WFB mini rule books - this is extremely useful and of course means I can update with errata without damaging main rulebook -
