Don't get excited :D . As it appears that some fleet boxes are being received and hopefully shipped out today in the UK (as per Matthew's comments elsewhere), I thought it might be an idea to start a thread for the recipients to share. So the idea is, as you receive your fleet box, pop a comment in this thread and let us know what you received and when.Hopefully this will prove one way or another that the fleet boxes are being sent out.
 
Tease? Well, maybe a little :) I'm a bit giddy with excitement as hopefully things are moving and I want us to all share the love.
 
The first part of my order just arrived this morning: Federation fleet box and a single Klingon D7 which is feeling a bit outnumbered, plus the CC freebie. Also got a free copy of the Noble Armada rulebook (thanks, but I'm not getting into that too ;)).

The models themselves are all well cast, no bubbles or warped bits or misaligned mold halves. Most of the parts will only need a minimum of cleaning up (handful of nacelles have mold lines, other than that it's just flash). Look even better than the CG images IMO.
 
I now have a fleet box as well, and a copy of the Noble Armada rulebook.

The Noble Armada book is actually really useful as I got the download off drive through RPG and I've now got the sneaking suspicion people thought I'd pirated it at the first Mongoose tourney. It was in fact because my local store isn't a big fan of Mongoose and I couldn't just go and pick one up. It makes it a certainty I'll pick up Fleets of the Fading Suns when it comes out (that and already having three fleet boxes for it).

On to the fleet box.

Checked everything over and all looks complete. There is a mould slip on the dreadnought hull but it might be fixable (its in that borderline where you look at it and think you'll have a good go).

Minis - very impressed now I hold them in my hands. Sandrine did excellent work.

It's an excellent product and if they're starting to flow freely, I'd recommend them to any gamer interested in the Star Fleet Universe and to any spaceship gamer as minis.

I'll do a detailed review with pictures and post it on warseer tonight, and start a painting log to cover painting it up, which should help get good word of mouth going.
 
Question, did anyone who has received their fleet boxes get email notification that it was being shipped out beforehand and are any of you in the US?
 
I was notified it was on it's way yesterday (in the UK, at least until Wee Eck gets his way). Pre-ordered direct from MGP.
 
got an email last friday for the fed box (still nothing for the klingons and romulans, I suppose fed win by default...), I was expecting it today, nothing. It should be there tomorrow. How do I calculate that ? I often order in the UK, and it generaly take 5-6 days, sometimes a week. So if there's nothing by monday, I'll begin to seriously thinks there's something wrong.

Well. I order stuff from UK often as well(lovely exchange ratio. Especially when you get free shipping instead of 7-8e from finnish store postage...). 3-4 days generally but then again time to time comes in 2 days, sometimes week.

Postages are funny thing. Other countries I order requlary are japan and hong kong. Usual turnabout is 2 weeks but couple times has come in a week. Week difference is quite notable.

Oh and nevermind the case when same shop sent at same time(got shipped note for both simultaneously) and other order arrived 4 days later. Go figure!

There's reason why stores generally ask you to wait for 2 weeks from shipping(as a minimum) before contacting them.
 
Here in Belgium, I don't usually see that much difference in times. One, two days at most. But even if I am defensive about this package (and I admit I am defensive, I think I have every reason to be), I'm just waiting, for now.
 
received it today. With the promo CC and a copy of Noble Armada. Didn't open the box as it is for a friend. So yes, they exist.
 
Yeeeeeees ; I got my Fed fleet box today !!!! :D :D :D :D :D
As far as I can tell ( haven`t had much time looking at the goodies yet) not much flash, and very nice models !!!!

Recomended !!!!!! Mine are resin so looking foreward to get the metal klingons !
