Writing up a scenario

I'm writing a scenario set in a desert tomb/mausoleum.

I don't have Monsters of Legend only the older Monster Colosseum for MRQII so I want to check which monsters are in the updated Legend book to ensure the scenario is runnable with the Legend material. In addition I've used something from the Necromantic Arts book for MRQII so I'm wondering about that being re-released as Open Game Content or indeed if I have to worry about using a stat-block as written (I think I only need MGP's permission).

Monsters used in the desert
Griffin
Grampus/Whip Scorpion
Giant Centipede
Giant Scorpion
Giant Beetle
Giant Ant

Monster used in the tomb (Necromantic Arts)
Tomb Guardian
Ghost

One thing that would be a plus when Necromantic Arts is reprinted/updated is to have headings for all the stat-blocks. Several have no link to the appropriate text and when several stat-blocks appear together it's not always easy to separate out the one you need.

Also PM Jonathan Drake for his take (work in progress) on Ghosts, he did good work, and can mail you his writing. His nick is Simulacrum, if you don't know.

Will you make the scenario available?

I might submit it for S&P if it starts coming out on a regular basis. If MGP don't want it I might put it up for free on BRP Central.

I think the Grampus is missing for some reason from Monsters of legend. Which is unfortunate as it is in Age of Treason too.

It's one of those things that might have come out under the misapprehension it's a gloranthan exclusive - but it certainly isn't. Just a giant version of a natural creature, and I think such a beast as in old AD&D stuff too. Maybe it came out for space reasons as its pretty similar to the giant scorpion.

Happy to share ghost stuff off line - these are ghosts present in the material world, not things that are in the spirit plane, so they don't conform to standard legend rules. But I do think you can use them without referring to Legend Spirit Magic at all.
