Would Tech-World be happy with this fleet?

I've recently dug out some notes on A 1st edition Pirates of Drinax Campaign I did that never got anywhere near finished, in it The Pcs had persuaded Tech-World to pay for their Navy that would have been build at Wildeman and want to know if you think Tech-World would be happy with A fleet of 2 400 ton versions of The 200 ton Drinax Harrier, 2 400 ton Drinaxian Versions of The Imperiums Gazelle, 1 200 ton armed and armoured Scoutship, 1 300 ton Indigo Class Pirate Carrier and 1 500 ton version of The 400 ton Fiery Class Gunship

Ooops I've just spotted a mistake. They actually where planning to make Tech-World 2 and not 1 200 ton armed and armoured Scoutships. Sorry my mistake. Its been correct in this quote
