Will Mongoose sell PLA F.A.V and EFTF Warrior seperately?

Mongoose
I'm just wondering if Mongoose will be selling either the PLA F.A.V or the EFTF Warrior as seperate models in the near future? I really don't need a second command squad but I would like more F.A.Vs to give me the option of using my PLA infantry as either Spec Ops or Airborne troops. I imagine that EFTF players would like the option of creating Warrior equipped mech platoons to accompany their Challengers.

i think the command and FAV should be £15 and not £20

id like to see 3 FAV's in a box please, untill then my perfect PLA force wont happen.

Agreed. Three in a package would be a perfect number for PLA airborne recce sections and spec ops teams. I'm not sure what the price should be but I do know I want at least six. Certainly cheap would be a better incentive to pick up more. Any I buy after the first six would be changed to model Milan II ATGM version.

With both the F.A.V and the Warrior everything major, from model to packaging, is already in place to make this a reality. I know there are more players out there who would jump at these individual models.

As I've said before, I wouldn't even mind buying the warrior seperate from the command squad, so long as it was at the $25 price point.

I asked OB about this at the UKGX, apparently the reason they haven't done a 3 Warrior set is because they don't have a packaging design that would fit them. With any luck, the larger box the air units will presumably need will be able to squeeze them in.

Couldn't they just sell them a singles on the Web Page. Who needs a pretty cardboard box your going to throw away. Who needs the card, even since you can download them from the website.

Same with the FAV. I don't need no stinkin packaging!

Amen to that! I agree that it would be great to see them at least offer the FAV (sorry but I'm a PLA player :D ) as a single on the website. At least with the Warriors you don't need three just to fill up a slot (though seeing them sold seperately like the WZ-551 would make sense to me).

As for the cost of the FAV, part of the issue is the number of pieces involved. Technically, for just one FAV you are getting one vehicle and three soldier (driver and two gunners) that I believe are painted seperately and then assembled. This raises the cost to produce the figure and final price that we see. Is that frustrating? Yeah, but I must admit that I can understand their point. I for one am hoping that they consider making a box with two FAVs in it for $30, but I don't know what the chances are of that happening.
