Whats west of Zingara

is there anything specific out in the ocean west of zingara, because i was thinking of putting a sort of "treasure island" out there. I also wanted it to be guarded by some supernatural beings. The party will be around 3rd-4th level, any ideas?

Isles of Antillia (sp?) from Conan of the Isles and possibly the continent of Mayapan. But that does not mean that there are no other islands in the western ocean. Your island could be a very isolated island like St. Helena.

With the sea level lower than in modern times & REH's variable-geography approach you could really have as many odd islands out there as you wanted.
