What sort of original campaigns are you doing for MRQ?

I will be the first to admit, she is rather cute....but why Jill Monroe?

Or.....is this a different Jill Monroe you're talking about? :?

I believe the Jill Monroe he means is from Charlie's Angels:

Jill Munroe
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jill Munroe was played by Farrah Fawcett in the first season of Charlie's Angels (1976).

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Jill is the sporty and athletic angel, and is seen coaching a kids' basketball team, playing tennis, swimming, bowling, skateboarding, and rollerskating on the show. Not just a tomboy, she also frequents the model-type covers, once as a playmate centerfold. She drives a white Cobra II with blue stripes.

After the first year, she leaves the agency to be a racecar driver, and her little sister Kris (played by Cheryl Ladd) takes her place for the remaining four seasons. Jill returns six times later on:

* Angel Come Home (season 3)
* Mother Angel (season 3)
* Angels in a Box (season 3)
* Fallen Angel (season 4)
* The Prince and the Angel (season 4)
* An Angel's Trail (season 4)

Now, knowing who she is, I think I'd very much lke to try out that game....sounds like a lot of fun!

I'll concede that puberty had not yet interrupted my higher thinking processes when Charlie's Angels was on air (I think Battlestar Galactica was the be all and end all back then)...

Would you believe I am also planning on running a Battlestar Galactica game? One based on the original series? 8)

If you ever get near Dubuque, Iowa, let me know.

I don't know which game I'll finish preparing first. My plan is to use the D6 Space system for Battlestar Galactica, instead of Runequest. BG will probably be simpler, and therefore finished before RQ Modern, although a player I know is clamouring for an Iron Kingdoms campaign, so I might start an RQ Iron Kingdoms before either of these.

I've also been thinking of a Runequest Supers, although my idea for Runequest Modern would include Wonder Woman, Spider-Man, and the Incredible Hulk, so I think that counts as a Runequest Supers game. This means that sooner or later I will be posting about superheroes in runequest, specifically how to model the classics.

(I am not sure whether to include Superman or not, since I can think of three Superman TV series offhand, which are not consistent with each other. So I think I will say "No Superman for Runequest." And my players will thank me.)

Pure Sword and Sorcery...hints of Conan, Kull, Fafhred and the Mouser plus Kane...anyone remember him? With a smidgen of Clarke Ashton Smith thrown in for seasoning

Or do you mean Kane by Karl Edward Wagner? Either one would be quite interesting

Right now I'm prepping a campaign in a home made setting called Woodland. Inspired by Kashyyk and Mechanical Dream it is set on and below mile high trees.

There are three parallell realms in the setting: The Green World among the top branches populated by primitive hunter gatherers, The Brown World among the broad horizontal brances with citystates and petty kingdoms and The Black World on the forest floor populated by barbarian tribes

Apart from the humans, there are no mammals in this setting. Only insects, reptiles and birds. Intelligent races other than humans include Slarges (both types), newtlings and Timinites.
