Could you please tell me what rank The Supreme Commander of Voldemort's Forces would hold when she/Bellatrix Lestrange, who in my RPG's was magically given 40 years of training, knowledge, first-hand learning and experance in a mere 10 months thanks to A Device Voldemort had made, commands 22 Regiments each of which are 1,175 men strong?.
