What rank would Shadowmon hold?

I had A Dream last night that was a cross-over between Traveller RPG and A home-made Digimon RPG I did 12 years back and want to know what rank you think Shadowmon would hold when he leads The Digimon Kings Personal Guard

In The old Digimon RPG The Digimon Kings Personal Guard was made up of 5 and a quarter regiments of Champion Level Digimon, 3 and a half regiments Ultimate Level Digimon and 1 3rd of a regiment of Mega Level Digimon as Soldiers and for his Royal Guard Fleet had 233 Ships that ranged from 100 tons to 79,400 tons, that individually had between 4 and 1,670 crew each and had a total of 11,159 crew

The answer to all your "what rank" question is almost always "General".

But I think you know this and just wanted to talk about Digimon. I am now trying to work out what tech level Digimon are and I'm not managing it. It's something that the Traveller TL tree seems to have missed. Mindjammer RPG might be able to do Digimons.

Certainly no higher than Technician, Third class.

If Technician, Third class was good enough for Dave Lister, it's good enough for your dream-dude!

Or, alternatively, he could have the rank of Cat.

This is obviously a key officer.

He needs a special designation to indicate this.

As such, the word "key" should be suffixed to his name.
