What rank would he have

A friend claims to be working on A Campaign where the characters work for Bryni's Army and want to know what rank the commander of Bryni's Rulers Personal Guard would have when he commands the following?. I'm thinking very senior Brigadier, but want your opinions. Please and thank you

10 Riflemen Companies that are each made up 240 Soldiers, 33 Officers and 57 Support Staff

3 Heavy Weapons Soldier Companies each made up of 90 Soldiers, 13 Officers and 26 Support Staffs

2 Aircraft Platoons both made up of 10 Sawfly Light Attack Aircraft all with 1 crew

1 Tank platoon made up of 10 Paladin Laser Grav Tanks all with 3 crew

1 Artillery Platoon made up of 10 Crusader self-propelled Guns all with 3 crew

Another friend claiming to be running a Drinax campaign?

Why not find out if this campaign is actually happening before asking hypothetical questions about it?

Also... usual anwer... the commander of Byrni's armed forces holds whatever rank Byrni's government awards. Why not create some game flavour by giving this person a local title?
