What kind of software would you like to see?

How about a route calculator? I mean one where you can type in which system your in, then your destination, possibly variables such as max jump your ship can do, and it puts out a graphical route for you. Refinements could be avoiding amber zones or say known Zhodani held worlds.

"I'm sorry, but trip planners are only available to members. I'd be happy to accept your application to the Traveller's Aid Society." The receptionists smiles and slides a brochure towards you. "You can transfer the one million credits at that terminal over there." She points at a terminal that has a Universal Banking advertisement currently on its display.
