Nice paint job, how are you finding them bases?
The Victory is relatively easy to paint. The raised and engraved details are massively overdone. By contrast, the ship on TV appears smooth. So the usual washes and drybrushed highlights to emphasise details are not needed. (The model is about 1:20000 scale, meaning a 0.5mm line on the model is a 10m wide trench on the ship - put black wash into the fin lines if you want the ship to look as though it is falling apart. 
) It is also easier than usual to paint things like the dark panels on the fins and the dark red details on the hull. The red leading edge detail on the fins was the only challenging bit!
The bases are very useful. I like to glue the pivot head to the model, attach the stem and base when the model is about to be used, and remove the base and stem again for transport. So the stand won't be under any pressure while the model is packed for carrying, and won't break; and once the stand is assembled with the model on it, the model won't fall off while it's being moved around the table.

I use the GW bases as they are smaller so a low center of gravity.
Just about finished my gotha for wings of war, only got a couple of touch ups, and a coat of varnish to go.
The colour scheme is losely based on the only one I could find that didn't involve that lozinge pattern the Germans were so fond of in WW1. The only problem being that I could only find a black and white picture, and a discription.

The plane next to it is one of the prepaints sold for the game. I included it for scale.
Now to find a 1/144 scale Zepplin Staaken bomber.

I googled it could not find one
It took me a while to find the gotha in the right scale. I got it from skytrex. They also do early ww1 fighters, like the English pushers, and the early fokkers. Quality wise they can be hard work to get ready. The molds are a bit old. But hey, after 3 years of putting together ACTAs minies they were not too much to worry about.
Earth Alliance Omega and Hyperion.
I'll probably glue a couple of pivot heads to the Omega - it won't be able to move much as it's on two stands, but the main point is just to make it easier to put the ship on stands for gaming, then remove them for transport.
The Hyperion is the Lexington; the Omega is the Agamemnon. I had a good look through "In The Beginning" to check which bow number to use for the Lexington and saw one clear shot which shows both the name and the number 21. Logos, nameplates, and bow numbers and letters were grabbed from various pictures on the Internet, resized to match the scale of the ship, and printed onto decal paper.

Just completed my Waffen SS for WAW, took me almost 2 months as I redid my test figures several times as I was never happy with the camo scheme (not to mention me taking a look at all those figures on my painting area and going "nah, I'll just have a game of ACTA instead" ) . I was about to go for the all grey look but I got a look at some 54mm painted figures which gave me a better idea of how to paint them and inspired me enough to pick up the Flames Of War SS paint set and have another crack at it (must remember that German Camo Beige is a great match for modern US desert camo).
That oak leaf camo is a pig to do on 25mm figures, I ended up just approximating it (base colour, brown splotches, pale brown splotches inside those). And I wouldn't even ATTEMPT pea dot in that scale ! And I thought the 'ambush' camo on my Jagdpanzers was difficult.
In comparison, I've got about 60 Soviets which I finished over a weekend, including a dozen vehicles. Pictures of both to follow, once I get my paws on a half-decent digital camera.
