What fleets has everyone settled on?

Now that we've all had our periods of grief/panic/frantic soul searching, I'm guessing that most of us have settled on which fleets they're focusing on and finishing off. So, what's everyone decided on keeping?

Personally, I'm focusing on my EA (all eras, inc Psi Corps), but will also have smaller ISA and Vree fleets.

I have settled on the Minbari, EA crusade, Drazi, and Narn. I will have to pick up some more Narn.

I have Crusade EA, ISA and Brakiri

I am finishing off my Narn, Centauri and Psi Corp (with smaller Dilgar, Pak'ma'ra, Vorlon and Shadow forces) fleets if my final order ever manages to actually arrive.

The other players in my regular group are finishing off their respectively;
Vree, all period Earth Alliance, Minbari and Drazi, ISA, Brakiri and Narn fleets.

Well, I have:

EA 3rd
EA Crusade
Minbari
Vorlon
Shadow
Brakiri
Centarui
Narn

It works out to 2-3 pieces of Sabol carrying foam per race.

I also have very small amounts (good at a scenario-level) of ISA(Whitestars), Drakh, Ipsha, Technomage.

Aside from just adding the Minbari to my collection I've been focusing on adding bits to the Centarui/Narn/EA more than the others, but generally rounding out all the fleets a bit. None of my individual lists is super long, which comes from going broader rather than deeper as far as races go.

I might add a little more to the EA, but nothing like the people buying 12 vorchans or 20 whitestars. I'm also not stocking up on Fighters as I think I'm going to switch to counters for those.

They look as if they're the same model to my eyes, just painted differently. Apart from game performance is there a difference?

Edit - Just had another look, I have Auroras not Badgers and worked out what the difference is. Cheers for the heads up.

I ended up settling for 5 point battle fleets with a couple of points for options/alternatives for Dilgar and Centauri. (I actually sold off a of of Centauri to a friend so there would be more players locally.) I find that 5-7 point battle is really as big as I want to go as Armageddon games and War level games take just friggin forever. I also have picked up and swapped for a 5 point early EA.
