Liati? 28 damage for a battle choice is about as fragile as it's possible to be. The Octurion has below average damage for war, too.

By comparison though the Dilgar are more Glass hammers then the Centauri though.

If you boost the Liati's 26 damage and 32 crew by 50% (to cover dodge) it has 39 Damage and 48 Crew which gives it 5 less damage but its also much faster and more maneuverable then the Battle level Tikrit

The Octurion's 70 damage and 85 crew is more damage and crew then either of the War choices the Dilgar have and while the Mishakur is close at 64 damage and 72 crew and its front arc firepower is equal or better then the Octurions the Mishakur's side and aft arcs are much weaker.

Actually you should double the damage and crew to cover a 4+ dodge, that ignores 50% of all hits.

So the Liati has 52 damage and 64 crew, which looks good compared to the Tikrit's 44. Both have hull 5, which is low for a battle level ship.

Ah I suppose that would be true, my math was a little off then. So would a ship with a 5+ dodge increase its damage and crew by 66% when figures its effective damage and crew?

Well it does not ignore all hits - accurate guns and emines ruin its day so it sort of matters who you are fighting........but agree that the Centauri ships are mostly strong - Primus vs G'Quon - I think the Narn ship only has 1 pt more of damage. Its fitting - we did rule the galaxy........... 8)

I think you should play dilgar they look a good race and uncommon to see on the battlefield And has a warhammer favourite weapon bolters :shock:
