A celebrated cult favourite - with high ratings amongst rpg critics and aficionados, for the simplicity and freeform nature of it's dice-pool based system. This system probably evolved from WEG's Ghostbusters RPG, and has been mooted before as an open system that could be used for alternative settings beyond it's own house setting. In that sense, it could be used in the same capacity as RuneQuest and Traveller - allowing other modern settings to hang off it, in the same way RuneQuest can be used for fantasy and Traveller for sci-fi respectively.
It's a property owned by Atlas Games, but they haven't done much with it for about a decade now. Perhaps Mongoose could strike up a deal?
