You know, I always felt the primary purpose of emergency low berth was
you wont to have to see it coming, and you won't feel anything when it does


Oh look, the horde of giant acid dripping insectoid alien monsters, who want to lay their eggs in my insides and whose offspring later chew their way out,
just infested my x-boat, and I don't have a gun .... Time to go into emergency low berth, and turn it to full knock out, or maybe I should just open the airlock....
