It is a Cardassian Hideki. An attack ship, similar in size to the Defiant.

Uppss...Hideki was correct. Yes.

emperorpenguine: you mean on this resoucre? any Jem´hadar?

if this is the question...

Yep....correct. F.L.

Ahm..UK based, or...?
When i was correct???
Oh yes...I see. You live in Ireland. my mistake....
We can PM you the link if you want.

Thanks for the post and PM urobach... the Defiant is most probably a copy of the MM one.

The Akira and Steamrunner are a bit crude wouldn't you say? :? The Hideki and Breen are nice... :D

@ Jayrider: Oh yes... Jem Hadar battleships ARE available

Uro, can you please PM me where you got these from. Though if it was from FL (asuming FL stands for what I think it does) then I already know of them (just didnt know they did an Akira as I've been trying to get hold of an Akira miniature for AGES :D)

Or any box for that matter

Seriously though, Borg cubes are harder to scratchbuild than we (at least I) used to think. How to keep those panels straight, those details random but still mechanical looking...

How I long for a cube model like in the Voyager episode "The Raven". :(

MicroMachines made two sizes of Borg cube, the common one is about 5cm cubed, the Action Fleet one was larger, about 15cm.

I once rolled a ball of green stuff (*ahem*) over the side of one of those smaller MM models, which made a passable Borg Sphere.

can you get clear resin for cloaked ships?

like the Defiant, Klingon ships and the Romulans

One of those Japanese trading kit models, Futura I think, made a transparent smaller model of the Bird of Prey. Not sure on it's size. Never picked one up, didn't see the point, if it's cloaked, you're not meant to see it right?

Just so the persons who has it in his/ her fleet knows where it is.

Hey, I didn't know about the big cube

That green stuff trick was pretty neat :P I think I'll do the following:
Buy some pingpong balls
wrap one with greenstuff
Then roll over cube.

Ah, that's where written hidden movement becomes an art.

Yeah, should work. I guess you could roll out some green stuff (*childish snigger*) and press a cube into it like a texture stamp to give you a negative , so you'd get a positive texture when rolling/pushing something larger on it.
