Want to buy a Fleet Box, but....

Mongoose
I just saw on the mongoose website that the Klingon box set is available for order but I want to ask a few questions first before I buy.

1. Are all the models metal? I saw a video on boardgamegeek.com of a unboxing of a fed squadron box and it looks good and all the models are metal.

2. If I order now how long do I have to wait until i get the box sent to me?

3. Has anyone else recently box a fleet box and got it yet? If so how long did it take to get yours?

1. All metal, bar some of the larger models (like the Klingon C8), which are resin.

2. 1-2 weeks for Federation and Klingon, about a week longer (maybe) for Romulan.

3. Yes, and the current record is a 24 hour turnaround (a combination of what was ordered, when, and what we had on the shelf in the UK :)). We cannot guarantee that turnaround for everyone for another 1-2 weeks-ish, but we will veery soon be back to our normal speed.

Is the Fed box now metal?

So if I ordered my Klingon Fleet Box back in Dec 2011, can you give me a date when I should expect it? :)

Still waiting for my Klingons from December, but hopefully the shipyards will have built an excess so its a fuller box than expected ......

A big shipment of Klingon fleet sets is currently somewhere over the Atlantic and will be arriving with us here in the UK this week. Royal Mail permitting, you will have the box in your hands within 24 hours of us getting it. Cross fingers that this means you will have your Klingons on Saturday (between you and me, it came 'this' close to rolling past the weekend, simply because both the UK and US staff were so busy, no one noticed Easter was coming up - now I have to go out and buy everyone eggs :)).
