Walker Question

Ok, if you are going to make a walker that is like the Scopedog from the Armored Trooper VOTOMS, I was thinking of one fixed weapon for the shoulder launcher and a Modular Mount for the "hand held" weapon like their GAT-22 30mm heavy machine gun.

Does this sound right? I mean not charging something for the hand held weapon ability seems wrong somehow.

I would not have an issue with not charging for the ability to hold something. The cost of the weapon and any additional features (increased ammo stores, perhaps) should be sufficient.
