vorlons and PSI

First off new to Call to army, have a ISA fleet. I do not know there strength yet ,but having fun playing them (2 games so far, some help required on basic tips would be great).

I use an Army builder for fleet and when looking at Shadows , it talks about them having weakness to PSI attacks.
Doesn't all vorlons have PSI, so can they PSI attack the shadow? but i saw no special PSI attack that they can do against them or any other fleet.

the Vorlons did indeed show psi capabilities in the show, but they never seemed to use it against shadows, possibly the shadows were immune to Vorlon telepathy (after all, they have been "at war" for millenia, or alternatively, it's a matter of honour, so the Vorlons manipulated telepaths in other races instead.
However in ACTA, the Vorlons do not have any psi abilities at all.
other races can get them as campaign refits, the vree have a type of telepathy, but it just gives them a bonus to crew quality. The New and imminent Psi corps fleet will quite probably have telepaths or somesuch in.
