As I recall it was a week or so after the Players Guide was originally supposed to be out that they updated it's release date and pushed it back to April.

Just to keep you updated, this will be one of the first books to come through our new printing system (see the Planet Mongoose blog for details). We are due to go into full production within a couple of weeks or so, so expect to see it mid to late April (along with a whole slew of other books you may be waiting for!).

I just tried to find the book at the main page, but it's not there! It's not even listed at the RuneQuest site as a forthcoming release. Has something bad happend?!

I think they just haven't quite figured out the correct binding rituals (pun intended) to control the new Zistorite printing mecha.

I think the reason Uz is missing is that they haven't updated the release date from March 26. As far as I can tell they put up product pages way in advance and the website automatically shows the next couple months releases (as evidenced by RQ Conan products accidently popping up).

Since the website doesn't show products due for release in past months Uz has become unavailable from the main page until someone updates its release date. You can still get to it by searching for Runequest or UZ on the main page.

No. They are strange, but part of the setting. A hero's sheet or character pack or deluxe sheets or whatever are (maybe) nice to have, but not really needed to have fun with the game. That's just my oppinion though, and you are all welcome to entertain your own ;-)

Shannon has finished the RQ Aldryami book (no idea when it's due for release though) and work is due to commence on a Dragonewt book very very soon so some stuff is on it's way. Haven't heard any plans about the Mostali or Ducks though...
