Has anyone worked out details of remembering what the UWP codes are?

I have a mild case of dyscalculus (Like dyslexia, but concerning numbers) so I can barely remember my UPP codes. I just right down the UWP codes and keep the rulebook handy to give the information to the players!
Memorize or mark the pages in the book (its 170 on 
); make a cheat sheet; use a computer program or website or just plain memorize them...
For the basics, memorizing the order and a few vitals is handy:
Starport = just A.B.C.D.E.X in descending order of quality
Size = x1,600 km dia or 800 if zero (earth is 8)
Atmo = 3,6,9 : 3 or less O2 assist, 6 is normal, 9 or above O2 assist
Hydro - x10 gives percentage (range is -4% to +5%, so 2 = 16%-25%)
Pop = zeros after the 1 (1 with 6 zeros = 1,000,000 or 10^6)
Gov = pg 175!
Law = lower is generally less restrictive; pg 176!
