Found it - Swedish Stridsvagn 103 (S-Tank). I remembered seeing it about 20 years ago for tank recognition traning.
Ahh, that one. Indeed a striking similarity, there is also a Swiss tank that featured the planned hydraulic system of the E-10!

I really like your stuff Agis...only problem is I'd go broke buying it all.

My GF already thinks I have a Hoarding problem when it comes to minis :)

Hi again,

1st - thanks to all who already bought the book! :-)
To support the whole "What If" cause, some more pics... ;-)

M12A2_General_Longstreet_sm.jpg

M12A2 General Longstreet Combat Walker
In Service:1941
The M12A2 was outwardly similar to the A1, but replaced the flat-sided turret with a cast-metal hemisphere mounting a heavy flamethrower. The flamethrower was fed with liquid petroleum from tanks located inside the hull, with the compressor located in the turret itself.
Most A2s served on the Pacific front, where they proved to be extremely valuable for breaching Japanese fortifications.

M12A8_General_Longstreet_side_sm.jpg

M12A8 General Longstreet Combat Walker
In Service:1941
The M12A8 kept the flamethrower turret of the A2 but added a Bazooka and a British-made PVAT launcher. This gave it awesome firepower, but put a lot of strain on the suspension.

M12A5_General_Longstreet_sm.jpg

M12A5 General Longstreet Combat Walker
In Service:1941
The M12A5 variant was built on the same chassis as the A1-A2, but carried the mass-produced M76 anti-aircraft turret with quad Browning .50 cal AAMGs. The guns were extremely heavy and often shortened the vehicle's service life considerably, but they provided great Anti-Aircraft firepower.

Another walker...

PzKpf_VI_Panzerbefehlskampfer_IIIsm.jpg

PzKpf VI Panzerbefehlskämpfer III
In Service:1942
A few Thor Panzerkämpfer were converted to command walkers and fitted with additional radio equipment. They mounted a pair of 3.2cm KpfK (Kämpfer Kanone) 90 cannons for defense, in addition to the hull's machinegun.
Because of the better maintenance, the Panzerbefehlskämpfer III was rarely troubled by random shutdowns of the Walker movement system.
Modeling Notes: The Command variant is built from the basic model: add two 3.2cm guns from the Axis Weapon pack (DP9-635) and discard the arms.

Time for a big THANK you to all of you who bought one of my books!
2010 was quite successful for A.D.Publishing, I even made a tiny profit!

8)
All the best for 2011!

Hi again! Just a quick update where A.D.Publishing is heading to...

Right now I have only 1 fixed release for 2011:
More Gear Krieg walkers, the German Uller Walker Compendium - right now in final Layout
The Uller book is approved by Mongoose under the Logo License, all the books below are planned but will be approved on a case by case basis.

Some more plans are noted on my website: http://www.adpublishing.de/html/a_d__publishing.html

I am however not sure if the interest is still high enough in additional WaW books. :?
What do you think? Worth the effort, or is WaW basically gone since it is no more available as a print ware book?

What are you interested in? Modern War, SF supplements or maybe a new rule set. Please let me know! 8)

:D
Hi, still playing WaW in our gaming group (and dont intend to stop playing it anytime soon!).

The interest in additional WaW books depends on the background of the books. (o.k. I would buy any book anyway)

Some infantry lists with more options would be nice, as are theatre books (desert war, eastern front...the like)

Some "obscure" nations in one book (italian, hungarian, romanian lists) would be fantastic but not really topsellers :?

With the demise of evocommand.com into the hell of spam it would be difficult to reach a part of the (small) playerbase...

Maybe try another route and save all the already done work for another rules system? Maybe the first exclusive A.D.Publishing release?

Yes - I am still on it! 8)

PzKpf VII Flak-Kämpfer IV “Flak-Uller II“
In Service:1943
As friendly fighters became scarce, many walkers were modified to provide their own air defense. Some Ullers sported twin R98 Flugabwehrraketen (AA guided missiles) launch rack in addition to a battery of four 2cm AA guns.
Modeling Notes: Build a basic Donner chassis and discard the original armament and the arms, and add the twin anti-aircraft guns from the AA Guns Pack (DP9-624) and two guided missles from the Axis Weapon Pack (DP9- 635).

Hi again folks, time to say goodbye...
I have developed a new game and Matt was kind enough to allow me an annoucement.
VD_Cover_300.jpg

After 20 publications for World at War it is time for something new.

Victory Decision: World War II is an action based game that allows you to command a platoon sized force or more in this momentous conflict. It features a unique Leadership-modified alternate unit activation system. The result is a fun and fast paced war game that involves both players almost constantly.

Thee rules cover virtually all aspects of World War II gaming. Included are rules for:
Moving, Hiding, Infiltrating and Spotting,
Artillery and
Shooting and Concentrated Fire Actions,
Assault and Close Combat Actions,
Air Strikes, Bunker Assaults, Night Fighting, Foxholes, Tank Pits and much more...
Victory Decision emphasises Troop Quality and Leadership and includes a fast and detailed Vehicle combat system.

The rules cover individually based infantry miniatures and also group- or multibased miniatures, aka Infantry Stands. While designed with 20-28mm miniatures in mind the Victory Decision game system is flexible enough to handle any miniatures from 6mm to 32mm. So whatever your existing miniature collection consists of, you can start playing right away.

This rulebook not only provides Scenarios but also Point based Army Lists for late war British, German, Soviet and US forces. All necessary Game Markers are also included within this book.

As with our previous books you get a full colour version with many high quality pictures of fully painted models and a mostly B&W printer friendly version.

You can find pics and infos more on my website:

Plus a free Quick Reference Sheet:

The book is available via the Wargames Vault:
http://zkluroztcttctzorulkz.wargamevault.com/product_info.php?products_id=91776&filters=0_0_0&manufacturers_id=2468

I have much more planned for the game in the next months.
Armylists like the ones featured in the book will come out on an almost monthly basis. In addition books on Nation specific Vehicles and Guns are also under development.
Think of the Vehicle Compendiums but add all relevant Guns.
