Tunguska stats and transport question?

1) Should the twin cannon on the Tunguska have the anti-air trait, especially seeing as the vehicle is described as a serious threat to a peaceful flight?

2) On vehicles such as the Land Rover in the British list it mentions gaining Multifire equal to the number of occupants. Does this mean that the occupants can fire their weapons from the relative comfort of these vehicles? And if so are their other examples of transports that can be fired from such as the jeeps of the WaW lists?

1: You'd likely need an official answer on that, but I don't see why the Tunguska's guns shouldn't have the AA trait given it's purpose.

2: I'm pretty sure it refers only to the vehicle's onboard weapons. If you take the extra MG upgrade you need passengers on board to allow you to fire both at once. There isn't any rules for passengers firing personal weapons in MC or WAW.
