So guys Ground Zero Games has a couple of wonderful pack of figure labeled Alien Mercenaries... Orcs by any other name IMHO.

What kinda stats should they have? (In Traveller/Wanderer terms)

All Orcs have the following common traits: Armour 1, Feral, Fast Metabolism (fatigue is unaffected), Natural Weapon (teeth). Orcs have a characteristic called Fearsomeness which replaces Social Standing.

Orc Grunt: Large, Notable Strength (+2), Weak Dexterity (-2), Notable Endurance (+2), Weak Intelligence (-3).

Orc Sergeant: As Orc Grunt, but normal Intelligence and Notable Fearsomeness (+1).

Orc Shaman: Notable Dexterity (+2), Notable Intelligence (+3), Weak Fearsomeness (-2), Psionic.

Goblin: Small, Weak Strength (-3), Notable Dexterity (+3), Notable Endurance (+1), Notable Intelligence (+2), Weak Fearsomeness (-3).

Orc Queen: Huge, Armoured Notable Strength and Endurance (+4), Notable Dexterity (+2), Notable Intelligence (+3), Notable Fearsomeness (+3), Psionic, Slow Metabolism.

I like Alex_Greene's but would do without the Queen.
Actually, I borrowed that idea from Harnworld's concept of orcs, and added just a little touch of Aliens to the mix.

Just in case those Barbarians get a little too cocky ...

Warhammer, D&D, or LotR?
Shadowrun? Earthdawn?

All of the above and then some if you like, I wouldn't have asked open ended question if I had a strong clue....

The strongest bit of flavor is the proto-Mangalor form of the figures themselves.

So any and all discussion is appreciated.

I will say that i am probably gonna avoid to many similarity between these Orcs and the "Space Orcs" of a certain former Traveller Publisher...
