Is there a single file or zip archive of the entire Traveller SRD anywhere?

There used to be one or two online but those links are broken. There is one but it's just twenty different files.
IIRC there was one connected to the TAS program assets, but can't find that either.

So far as I have been able to find, the MgT1e travdev.zip file is it. They stopped supporting OGL in that way when they switched to TAS and removed the old SRD. I haven't seen anything for TAS that functions as an SRD but I might have missed it.
