TRADE Skill

No, the Trade skill always had Specialization. It is also listed as one of the skills where the Level-0 in other specializations doesn't apply. The Core Rule book lists several possible Trade skill specialties but you can use just about anything.

I meant has a new specialization been added in addition to the ones in Core? I seem to recall seeing one in some book I purchased recently, but couldn't find any.
 
If you mean with detailed definitions, I do not think so. Characters from Supplement 7: 1001 Characters had following Trade specializations. No descriptions associated, just on various character skill lists:

The list of specializations of the Trade skill is open ended, it includes
every possible job of every technology level which is not covered by
any other skill. The core rules only give some few examples, you can
add whatever makes sense in your setting.
