I posted this on the Conan list, but I thought I would post it here as well.
I just finished reading "The Scarlet Citadel" written by Ronald Toland in this month's Signs & Portents Roleplayer (#45).
The article was excellent and contained a wealth of information on the citadel and its strange occupants, as well as suggestions on how to use it in your campaigns.
However, I do have one complaint. Although the author was thorough in explaining the layout of the citadel and its environs, there was no map! I have found this to be a problem in some of Mongoose's publications. :?
If Mongoose is going to publish excellent articles such as "The Scarlet Citadel", then it would behoove them to publish a map or layout with the article.
