The forgotten ships

I bought the Ship Builder's Manual a few days ago and I was wondering if we could not "build" the forgotten ships of the B5 1st edition books ourselves. Perhaps the idea came to someone here who can share its constructcs ?

I thinks I will build a few ships from the 2nd season campaign "Into the Crucible".

If not possible to build ships with ship builder’s manual,

However it is useful in rebuilds or modifying ships, personal i think it because the write did not think that players would be able to raise the money to build a "new" type of ship
